Heavy Duty Doors
Strongest most durable doors in the industry
The strongest, most durable door in the industry with massive 7” x 1 ¾” tubular door frame extrusion. Each door comes with keyed-alike, flush mounted door latches, welded on hinges with grease zerts. Weather tight, with weather stripping recessed into the door frame and heavy duty safety bar grills.
Extruded Floor
Strongest most durable floors in the industry
Flooring cross members and floor decking are both integrated into the same aluminum extrusion, forming a one-piece member that creates a “V” hollow truss with cross members on 4” centers. Each flooring-cross member is tongue and grooved along each edge at top & bottom. This system interlocks each member together across the full width of the trailer, creating the strongest flooring member possible. 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy is used to get the best corrosion resistance possible, 6005A is 15% more corrosion resistant than the common 6061 alloy. And is unlike the common 3105 aluminum sheet alloy that is prone to sagging between cross members, holding moisture, and corroding over time.

- 60% stiffer than common C-channel or Hat channel
- Same weight per foot of length as 2 ½” x 1” tubing
- 4 ½” x 1 3/8” posts used for additional strength at all full height doors.
